Graduate and undergraduate college credit is available to participants for an additional Tiffin University tuition fee.

We are proud to welcome as our new guest artist-in-residence the New York City soul singer, songwriter and recording artist Jeanette Berry.  The faculty also features outstanding vocal educators, including: Justin Binek, Assistant Professor of Vocal Jazz at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia; Brad Rees, Director of Musical Arts at Tiffin University; Chris Venesile, Director of Choral Music at North Olmsted HS, and director of the acclaimed vocal group Special Edition; and Christine Knific of the Toxic Audio Las Vegas cast.  Members of the award-winning a cappella group Up in the Air will also serve as camp faculty and staff.

For Serious Beatboxers Only

November 21, 2010

This year we’re excited to add to the camp calendar a three-day intensive beatboxing workshop with Jake Moulton.  Participants will arrive on the evening of Wednesday, June 22th, and spend three days working on vocal percussion, beatboxing and vocal effects, both in live application and in the recording studio.  Participants present their final projects on the evening of Saturday, June 25th, and then if they choose, can continue to work on beatboxing and a cappella music for the duration of the regular Heartland Vocal Camp, with discounted camp registration.  Meal and housing fees apply.  For info, please email sing@tiffin.edu.

Check out Jake’s work at a recent vocal festival in Europe…
